All our items carry a domestic use warranty of 12-months from date of purchase, and we operate a UK located and staffed telephone HelpLine service (manned during office hours Monday-Friday on 0121 693 9221) for advice and service/consumables queries. If you buy online from our store, payment is made via Paypal however you don't need to be a Paypal member or have a Paypal account to use this safe service.
